We are seeking experts to advise on legal and administrative obstacles to cross-border cooperation and to support the implementation of solutions to them. Selected experts may be contracted under objective 1 and/or 2 of b-solutions 3.0.

• Objective 1 provides help in defining the identified obstacles in a clear and systematic way, and in proposing possible solutions to them by outlining the legal framework from which to proceed.

• Objective 2 provides support to implement previously identified solutions for selected cases by e.g. proposing legal modifications, drafting proposals of bilateral agreements or legislative and administrative amendments, and showcasing the proposals in workshops.

 

You can apply either as an independent expert or on behalf of a legal entity. In the latter case, you may involve up to 7 additional experts from your institution.
