Boosting the #EmergencyIntervention at the Spanish-Andorran-French border

The Consortium of the Working Community of the Pyrenees (CTP) is one of the beneficiaries of the b-solutions’ I call for proposals. Aim of the Pilot Action was to create a joint system of emergency services at the French-Spanish border.
Jean-Louis Valls, Director of CTP, comments his experience:
„We think this project could allow us to open the door and put around the table several levels of competences” says Jean-Louis Valls, the Director of the Working Community of the Pyrenees. We have reached our objective: seeing ambulances crossing French and Spanish borders will be a reality in the next future”.
Qué interesante ver cómo la cooperación entre países puede marcar la diferencia en situaciones de emergencia. Me llama la atención eso de que "varias competencias se sientan a la misma mesa", porque al final los protocolos y sistemas de cada país suelen ser un lío burocrático enorme. Ojalá este piloto sirva de ejemplo para otras fronteras europeas. Hablando de calidad, no puedo evitar pensar en lo contrario: cuando algo es tan malo que resulta útil, como ese bad quality image maker que uso para hacer memes de las noticias. ¡Pero esto es justo lo opuesto, calidad máxima para salvar vidas!
